Campur Agar-agar dengan air. Masak sambil diaduk sampai agar-agar larut&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan susu kental manis dan kopi instan. Aduk terus sampai mendidih. Matikan api. Aduk sebentar. Diamkan selama 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sementara itu kocok 6 putih telur dengan mixer dalam wadah cukup besar yang kering dan bersih sampai kaku.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan Agar-agar yang sudah tidak terlalu panas lagi ke dalam putih telur&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok dengan mixer&lt;br /&gt;6. Kalau sudah tercampur rata. Tuang ke dalam loyang ukuran 1 ½ l yang sudah dibasahi. Diamkan sampai dingin.&lt;br /&gt;7. SAjikan Agar-agar ini dengan vla moka&lt;br /&gt;8. Vla moka : Cairkan 1 kaleng susu kental manis putih dengan 750 ml air&lt;br /&gt;9. Campur susu ini dengan maizena yang sudah dicairkan beri garam dan kopi&lt;br /&gt;10. Masak sampai mendidih sambil terus diaduk. Matikan api&lt;br /&gt;11. Kocok kuning telur. Tambah kan beberapa sendok adonan susu. Aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;12. Masukkan kuning telur ke adonan susu. Masak lagi sampai mendidih. Matikan apinya. Aduk terus sampai asapnya hilang. Pisang di kupas, kalau pisang uli, potong menjadi 2. kalau pisang tanduk, potong menjadi 4&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng Pisang dengan Api sedang sampai masak. Angkat. Tiriskan dan taruh di atas kertas penyerap.&lt;br /&gt;3. pipihkan.
